Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: MAbs 5G10, 5A4 and 5E2 react with 45 kD band corresponding to NSE in immunoblotting of human brain extracts. MAbs may be used for immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded sections. Recommended dilution is 1:100 - 1:300. Optimal dilution must be determined by experimentation. All MAbs work in ELISA. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): 5G10 – 1C1 5E2 – 1C1 1C1 – 5E2 5A4 – 1C1 H11 – 2F1
