Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections of Mouse Forebrain shows staining of neural cell bodies. Optimal dilution: 1:2000.
Western Blot: Approx 75 kDa band observed in Mouse and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 72.3 kDa according to Mouse NP_034021.1 and Rat NP_001164064.1). Recommended concentration:0.3-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
