                        Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Intestine shows staining of ganglion cells. Recommended concentration, 4-6 μg/mL. Western Blot: Approx 50 kDa band observed in Human Brain, Breast and Duodenum lysates (calculated MW of 50.7 kDa according to NP_006165.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. This antibody has been successfully used in W Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
