    Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Pancreas. Recommended concentration: 4-6 μg/mL.

    Western Blot: Approx 48-50 kDa band observed in Mouse Pancreas lysates (calculated MW of 49.2 kDa according to Mouse NP_031653.1) Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
