Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cortex and Cerebellum). Recommended concentration: 2.5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 50 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Hippocampus) lysates (calculated MW of 51.1 kDa according to NP_065855.1). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 37 kDa.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
