Spezifität
- This antibody recognises the alpha chain of the CD8 homologue, a 33-35 kDa cell surface protein. Clone 11-39 recognises all polymorphic forms of chicken CD8 alpha.
-
Aufreinigung
- Affinity chromatography on Protein G
-
Immunogen
- Chicken T-cells. Lymph node cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the SP2/0 myeloma cell line.
-
Isotyp
- IgG1

Applikationshinweise
-
Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1/5, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in100l.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
Beschränkungen
- Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
-
-
-
Rekonstitution
- Restore with 1.0 mL distilled water
-
Konzentration
- 0.1 mg/mL
-
Buffer
- PBS, pH 7.4 containing 0.09 % Sodium Azide and 1 % Bovine Serum Albumin
-
Konservierungsmittel
- Sodium azide
-
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
- Use of Sodium Azide as a preservative will substantially inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
-
Handhabung
- Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
-
Lagerung
- 4 °C/-20 °C
-
Informationen zur Lagerung
- Store the lyophilized antibody at 2-8 °C. Store the antibody after reconstitution for several weeks at 2-8 °C. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. For extended storage after reconstitution, we suggest the addition of an equal volume of glycerol to make a final glycerol concentration of 50% followed by storage at -20 °C. The concentration of protein and buffer salts will decrease to one-half of the original after the addition of glycerol.
