Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Proteins were visualized using an IgG, (HRP) Pab Gt xRb and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL. Detected MnSOD in paraffin embedded rat brain tissue sections.
