- CD82 is a member of the tetraspanin family. Tetraspanins are involved in many biological processes including cell-cell adhesion, fusion, signal transduction, proliferation and differentiation. CD82 is associated with CD4 and CD8 and delivers acostimilatory signal through TCR/CD3 pathway.
