Dieses Maus Monoklonal-Antikörper erkennt spezifisch Tissue factor in FACS. Er zeigt eine Reaktivität gegenüber Human und wurde in 1 Publikation erwähnt.
This antibody recognises CD142. The CLB/TF-5 antibody has been used successfully in an ELISA assay as a coating antibody in association with clone CLB/TF-1 (Cat.-No AM01050PU-N), which recognises a different epitope of CD142.

Hintergrund
CD142 is a 45kD cell surface glycoprotein which is otherwise known as Tissue Factor (TF). CD142 expression can be induced on monocytes, macrophages and endothelial cells by various stimuli including interleukin 1, tumour necrosis factor and endotoxin. CD142 initiates the blood clotting cascade by binding coagulation factor VIIa, which activates factor IX or factor X by specific limited proteolysis. CD142 also plays an important role in inflammation, angiogenesis, and the pathophysiology of atherosclerosis and cancer.Synonyms: Coagulation factor III, F3, TF, Thromboplastin
