- Hintergrund
- FICD is an adenylyltransferase that mediates the addition of adenosine 5'-monophosphate (AMP) to specific residues of target proteins. It is able to inactivate Rho GTPases in vitro by adding AMP to RhoA, Rac and Cdc42.
