Produktmerkmale: The antibody Hs-14 reacts with VCP (valosin-containing protein) a 220 kDa intra-acrosomal protein.

Aufreinigung: Purified antibody is conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) under optimum conditions and unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

Immunogen: Freshly ejaculated human sperms were washed in PBS and extracted in 3% acetic acid, 10% glycerol, 30 mM benzaminidine. The acid extract was dialyzed against 0.2% acetic acid and subsequently used for immunization.

Applikationshinweise: Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 20 μL reagent / 100 μL of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 50 tests. Intraacrosomal staining.
