Flow Cytometry (neat-1/10): Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells or 100 μL whole blood. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. ELISA. Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

CD13 is a 150 kD molecule expressed by granulocytes and monocytes, and by myeloid leukemia cells. CD13 functions as an aminopeptidase enzyme and is also a receptor for Coronavirus.
