Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: 1/10 - 1/50, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL, Membrane permeabilisation is required. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. ELISA: 1 μg/mL - 5 μg/mL. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL - 5 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
