Immunogen

Mouse pre-B cells derived from IL-7 dependent bone marrow cultures. Lymph node cells from an immunised rat were fused with cells of the mouse P3X63Ag.8.653 myeloma cell line.

Applikationshinweise

Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of neat-1/10 diluted antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Hintergrund

CD38 antigen is an integral membrane glycoprotein (M.W. 45 kD). The CD38 antigen is present on approximately all pre-B lymphocytes, plasma cells and thymocytes. CD38 antigen is also expressed on activated T Lymphocytes, NK Cells, monocytes, myeloblasts and erythroblasts. CD38 is co-expressed on CD34+ cells, but is not expressed on pluripotent stem cells. CD38 antigen is present on T and B lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), Burkitts' lymphoma, multiple myeloma and acute myeloid leukemia (AML).Synonyms: ADP-ribosyl cyclase 1, Cyclic ADP-ribose hydrolase 1, T10, cADPr hydrolase 1
