    Immunoaffinity Chromatography using the immunizing peptide after immobilization to a solid phase.

    Immunogen

    This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 3-14 of Human MAD2L2.
  • Applikationshinweise

    This affinity purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA (1: 7,500-1: 30,000) againstthe immunizing peptide and by Western blotting (1: 500-1: 2,000) against HeLa whole celllysates and nuclear extracts. Reactivity in other immunoassays is unknown. Antibodyactivity can be blocked using a control peptide.
    Other applications not tested.
    Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
