Produktmerkmale: Neutralization Activity: This antibody has been reported to be useful for the neutralization of recombinant mouse IL-4. Neutralization activity may be measured with a proliferation assay using 1 ng/mL recombinant mouse IL-4 (Cat. No. 550067) to stimulate D36 cells at 1x10^5 cells/mL as indicator cells (i.e. preincubation of the antibody with recombinant mouse IL-4 for 60 minutes).

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: The purified format of BVD4-1D11 antibody (Cat. No. 554387) can be useful as a capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for measuring mouse IL-4. Purified BVD4-1D11 antibody can be paired with the biotinylated BVD6-24G2 antibody (Cat. No. 554390) as the detecting antibody, with recombinant mouse IL-4 (Cat. No. 550067) as the standard. For testing mouse IL-4 in complex biological fluids, such as serum or plasma, investigators may wish to consider using the BD OptEIA™ Mouse IL-4 Set (Cat. No. 555232).
