Applikationshinweise: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostImmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of SuperoxideDismutase [Bovine erythrocytes] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidaseconjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) and ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1: 300 to 1: 1500 of the reconstitution concentrationis suggested for this product. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent onconditions and should be determined by the user.

Rekonstitution: Restore with 2.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
