Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA and most immunological methodsrequiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Dextranase[Penicillium species] in a standard Sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated AffinityPurified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) (Cat#R1364HRP) and ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethyl-benthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1/2,000 to 1/10,000 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
