ELISA: To detect mG-CSF by direct ELISA (using 100 l/well antibody solution) this antibody canbe used at a concentration of 0.15-0.30 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatiblesecondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinant mG-CSF. Western blot: To detect mG-CSF by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limitfor recombinant mG-CSF is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducingconditions.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

Hintergrund
- Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. It is a potent stimulator of bone marrow cells especially those of neutrophil lineage. In addition, G-CSF can enhance the survival and activate the immunological functions of mature neutrophils.Synonyms: C17orf33, CSF3, Colony stimulating factor 3, GCSF, Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, Pluripoietin
