Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: In a Sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 2-4 μg/mL of thisantibody will detect at least 300 pg/mL of recombinant Human MCP1 when used withBiotinynaled affinity purified anti-Human MCP1 antibody (PP1044B1 or PP1044B2). Western Blot: To detect Human MCP1 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used ata concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondaryreagents the detection limit for recombinant Human MCP1 is 1.0-2.0 ng/lane, underreducing or non-reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL with an Overnight Incubation at 4 °C. This MCP1 antibody stained Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded Sections of Human breastinvasive ductal carcinoma. An HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DABChromogen. Heat induced antigen retrieval with a pH 6.0 Sodium Citrate buffer isrecommended.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
