Applikationshinweise: Purification of the HLA antigens associated with beta 2-Microglobulin. Fluorescence Microscopy or Flow Cytometry: 2 μg/5x10e5 cells/test. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections or Cell Smears): 1/25-1/50.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
