Chemokines are a group of small (approximately 8 to 14 kD), mostly basic, structurally related molecules that regulate cell trafficking of various types of leukocytes through interactions with a subset of 7-transmembrane, G protein-coupled receptors. Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen CXCL11 Kits (74) und CXCL11 Proteine (56) und viele weitere Produktgruppen zu diesem Protein an.

cloning and characterization of expressed gene sequences of the interferon-gamma (zeige IFNG Antikörper) inducible chemokine (zeige CCL1 Antikörper) CXCL11, or I-TAC, associated with type 1 T-helper immune responses
CXCL11 production in cerebrospinal fluid was found in herpes simplex meningitis, but not in herpes simplex encephalitis.
Neuroendocrine-like cells promote the chemotaxis activity of tumor-associated macrophages (TAM (zeige CCNA1 Antikörper)) via CXCL10 (zeige CXCL10 Antikörper) and CXCL11.
High CXCL11 expression is associated with clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (zeige MOK Antikörper).
CCL5 (zeige CCL5 Antikörper) and CXCL11 expression were also induced in response to the activation of the PKC (zeige PRRT2 Antikörper) pathway, and gene silencing experiments indicated that their inducible expression was dependent on RIPK4 (zeige RIPK4 Antikörper) and IRF6 (zeige IRF6 Antikörper). Moreover, gene reporter assays suggested that RIPK4 (zeige RIPK4 Antikörper) induces CCL5 (zeige CCL5 Antikörper) and CXCL11 expression by stimulating the transactivation of their promoters by IRF6 (zeige IRF6 Antikörper).
data suggest that STAT2 (zeige STAT2 Antikörper) plays a role in the psoriasis pathogenesis by regulating the expression of CXCL11 and CCL5 (zeige CCL5 Antikörper), and thereby attracting IFNgamma-producing immune cells to the skin
this study shows that melanoma peptides vaccination and intratumoral administration of IFNgamma increases production of CXCL11 in patient tumors
S100A9 (zeige S100A9 Antikörper) and S100A12 (zeige S100A12 Antikörper) may have a role in the pathogenesis of pneumonia: S100A9 (zeige S100A9 Antikörper) and CXCL1 (zeige CXCL1 Antikörper) may contribute solely in mild pneumonia, and CCL5 (zeige CCL5 Antikörper) and CXCL11 may contribute in severe pneumonia.
Downregulation of CXC chemokine (zeige CXCL12 Antikörper) ligand 11 can inhibit tumor angiogenesis, suggesting that anti-CXC chemokine (zeige CXCL12 Antikörper) ligand 11 therapy may offer an alternative treatment strategy for TWIST1 (zeige TWIST1 Antikörper)-positive ovarian cancer
CXCL8 (zeige IL8 Antikörper)/11 may promote the disease progression of osteoarthritis (OA), and may also serve as new therapeutic targets for treatment of OA.
this study shows that oxidative signaling inhibits T lymphocyte chemotaxis to the inflammatory chemokine (zeige CCL1 Antikörper) CXCL11
These findings functionally integrate K17 (zeige KRT17 Antikörper), hnRNP K (zeige HNRNPK Antikörper), and gene expression along with RSK (zeige RPS6KA1 Antikörper) and CXCR3 (zeige CXCR3 Antikörper) signaling in a keratinocyte-autonomous axis and provide a potential basis for their implication in tumorigenesis
very low doses of CXCL11 rapidly suppress signs of EAE in C57BL/6 mice lacking functional CXCL11.
Data indicate that epidermis-derived I-TAC (Cxcl11) triggers a sustained Th2-response that determines the outcome of a complex immunological process.
Analysis of genes within the Listr1 locus identified a frameshift mutation in the Cxcl11 gene of the C57BL/6 strain that prevents production of the mature chemokine (zeige CCL1 Antikörper) CXCL11.
Cxcl10 (zeige CXCL10 Antikörper) and cxcl11 are new hair-specific transcriptional targets of ectodysplasin, and they indicates involvement of chemokines in hair development.
the CXCL11-heparin interaction has two different affinities for glycosaminoglycans
I-TAC can have an important role during virus infections and vaccinia virus has evolved ways to avoid inducing I-TAC expression.
I-TAC acts as an antagonist for CCR5. I-TAC inhibited the binding of macrophage-inflammatory protein-1alpha (MIP-1alpha (zeige CCL3 Antikörper))/CC chemokine ligand 3 (CCL3 (zeige CCL3 Antikörper)) to cells transfected with CCR5 and to monocytes.
CXCL11 gene induction by interferon (zeige IFNA Antikörper) is STAT3 (zeige STAT3 Antikörper) dependent
Acute ethanol intoxication impairs lung expression of Cxcl11, interfering with pulmonary response to bacterial challenge.
Chemokines are a group of small (approximately 8 to 14 kD), mostly basic, structurally related molecules that regulate cell trafficking of various types of leukocytes through interactions with a subset of 7-transmembrane, G protein-coupled receptors. Chemokines also play fundamental roles in the development, homeostasis, and function of the immune system, and they have effects on cells of the central nervous system as well as on endothelial cells involved in angiogenesis or angiostasis. Chemokines are divided into 2 major subfamilies, CXC and CC. This gene is a CXC member of the chemokine superfamily. Its encoded protein induces a chemotactic response in activated T-cells and is the dominant ligand for CXC receptor-3. The gene encoding this protein contains 4 exons and at least three polyadenylation signals which might reflect cell-specific regulation of expression. IFN-gamma is a potent inducer of transcription of this gene.
