Findings suggest that these MMP16 (zeige MMP16 ELISA Kits) rs10090371, ADAMTS3 rs788935, TLL2 (zeige TLL2 ELISA Kits) rs10882807 and MMP9 (zeige MMP9 ELISA Kits) rs3918251 may be promising prognostic biomarkers for cutaneous melanoma specific survival (CMSS).
The pregnancy loss rate seems to be affected by both ADAMTS-3 and ADAMTS-16 (zeige ADAMTS16 ELISA Kits).
Data indicate that ADAMTS2 (zeige ADAMTS4 ELISA Kits) and 3 cleave the amino-propeptide of fibrillar collagens and regulate blood vessels homeostasis and lymphangiogenesis. [review]
ADAMTS-2 (zeige ADAMTS4 ELISA Kits), -3, and -13 expression, but not that of ADAMTS-14 (zeige ADAMTS14 ELISA Kits), are increased in plaques causing AMI (zeige CFD ELISA Kits) compared those associated with stable angina.
a single injection of ADAMTS5 (zeige ADAMTS5 ELISA Kits) siRNA induced the suppression of degradation in rabbit nucleus pulposus tissues
Studies suggest that miR (zeige MYLIP ELISA Kits)-140 is an important regulator of cartilage development and homeostasis in cord blood-derived mesenchymal stromal cells (eCB-MSCs) that may act, in part, through the regulation of CXCL12 (zeige CXCL12 ELISA Kits) and ADAMTS-5 (zeige ADAMTS5 ELISA Kits).
ADAMTS5 (zeige ADAMTS5 ELISA Kits) is present in degenerative suspensory ligament desmitis as a high molecular weight complex
This gene encodes a member of the ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs) protein family. Members of the family share several distinct protein modules, including a propeptide region, a metalloproteinase domain, a disintegrin-like domain, and a thrombospondin type 1 (TS) motif. Individual members of this family differ in the number of C-terminal TS motifs, and some have unique C-terminal domains. The protein encoded by this gene is the major procollagen II N-propeptidase. A deficiency of this protein may be responsible for dermatosparaxis, a genetic defect of connective tissues.
