Hintergrund
- Chickens were immunized with the C-MYC peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity- purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase. The antibodies were conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
