Western blot analysis of anti-ABL2 Pab (ABIN389506) in A2058 cell line lysate (35ug/lane). ABL2(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:14 dilution).

Dot blot analysis of ABL-Y412 Phospho-specific Pab (ABIN389506) on nitrocellulose membrane. 50ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed. Antibody working concentrations are 0.5ug per ml.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
