Beschreibung: Tyrosine nitration is a posttranslational modification generated by a nitrogen free radical (peroxinitrite ONOO-). This reactive nitrogen specie reacts with macromolecules of the organism (amino acid, protein…) and leads to functional alterations which can either participate to adaptation or lead to cell death during cell-stress conditions

Spezifität: Antibody specific of free or protein incorporated nitro tyrosine as human serum nitro albumin, nitro haemoglobin, nitro insulin. Evaluation of specificity by competition ELISA with various analogues of Nitrotyrosine (concentration 100μg/mL): Nitrotyrosine: 95 % of inhibition; Tyrosine: 0 % of inhibition; Nitrotryptophan: 4 % of inhibition; Aminotyrosine: 0 % of inhibition; Phosphotyrosine: 2 % of inhibition; Chlorotyrosine: 3 % of inhibition; (Tested by ELISA)

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Recommended concentrations: indirect ELISA: 2 to 100ng/ml; IP: 1 μg/ml; western blot: 0.1 μg/ml. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Reinheit: Purified IgG by Affinity chromatography on Protein A

Buffer: Phosphate Buffered Saline 10 mM – NaCl 0,15 M – pH 7,4. Thiemrosol 0,01% is used as preservative.

Lagerung: Store at -20 C if preferred. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
