Beschreibung: PSA is a tumor-associated antigen with a molecular weight of 34 kDa. The antigen is foundin normal prostatic epithelial lining cells of the ducts and acini, as well as in primary andmetastatic prostate carcinoma cells. PSA reactivity may also be found in BPH (benignprostatic hypertrophy), though the pattern of staining is different than that found incarcinoma tissues. The staining pattern ranges from cytoplasmic and secretory in normaland benign prostate to cytoplasmic with membrane in neoplastic prostate.

Spezifität: This antibdoy reacts to Prostate-specific antigen. No cross reactivity with Human Albumin,AFP, CEA, PAP, CA-125, CA 19-9 or CA 15-3. Species: Human. Others not tested. Affinity Constant: 2 x 10e10 L/m

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable as a capture antibody. Pairs with MAb to Total PSA Catalog No ABIN264054in asandwich immunoassay for free PSA. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
