Spezifität
|
Specific for Synacthen (1-24 ACTH). Reacts with ACTH (a.a. 1?17) and has no cross- reaction with CLIP (ACTH 17-39). Reacts <1% with insulin, KLH and BSA. Cross-reacts with rat N-terminal ACTH.

Applikationshinweise
|
Suitable for use in ELISA and immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin section). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
