Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4,000. Western Blot: Approx 45kDa band observed in Human Tonsil and Thymus lysates (calculated MW of 43.1kDa according to NP_004506.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Immunofluorescence: Paraformaldehyde-fixed stable knock-down cell line (second half) shows merely background compared to the wildtype cell line (left half). Data kindly provided by Dr. A Antes, UMDNJ, Newark, USA Recommended concentration, 2-3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
