Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 120kDa band observed in nuclear lysates of HeLa (calculated MW of 81.7kDa according to NP_036370.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Cheng et al, Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2003 Sep 16,100(19):10794-9., PMID: 12960381). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
