Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Figure 1: detects transfected Human PDE4D1 and PDE4D3 in COS cell lysates as bands of approx. 68kDa and 95kDa respectively. Figure 2: Approx 70,+80+90kDa band observed in A549 lysates (calculated MW of 76.5kDa according to NP_006194.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml.Recommended concentration: 1-3 µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
