Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 40-45kDa band observed in Human Liver lysate (predicted MW of 35kDa according to NP_056442.1). Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
