HLA-G belongsto the MHC Class I molecules (MHC Class Ib, nonclassical) and it is expressed on thesurface of trophoblast cells.The antibody MEM-G/9 is standard reagent thoroughly validated during 3rd InternationalConference on HLA-G (Paris, 2003). This antibody does not react with: Mouse.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Flow Cytometry: Recommended dilution: 1-5 µg/ml. Positive control: JEG-3 human choriocarcinoma cell line. Immunocytochemistry - Recommended dilution: Alexa Fluor® 488 Fab-fragment: 5 µg/ml. ELISA. Application note: The antibody MEM-G/9 has been tested as the capture antibody in asandwich ELISA for analysis of human HLA-G in combination with antibody B2M-01 or withantibody W6/32.
