Anti-Monkey IgM (mu chain) DyLight™800 has been tested by dot blot and is suitable for use in immunoelectrophoresis, western-blot, competitive western-blot, ELISA and competitive ELISA assays. The emission spectra for this DyLight™ conjugate match the principle output wavelengths of most common fluorescence instrumentation. Specific conditions for reactivity and signal detection should be optimized by the end user.

Informationen zur Lagerung: Store conjugated secondary antibody at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below.
