Handhabung

Rekonstitution: Restore with 0.5 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

Konzentration: 1.0 mg/mL

Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/mL BSA(IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative.

Handhabung: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Lagerung: 4 °C/-20 °C

Informationen zur Lagerung: Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage mix with glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
