- Rat IgG IgA IgM (H&L) Antibody Biotin Conjugated
-
Kreuzreaktivität (Details)
- Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgA, Rat IgG and Rat IgM. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all rat immunoglobulin subclasses, isotypes and chain combinations.
-
Produktmerkmale
- Anti-Rat IgG (H&L) generated in goat detects rat Immunoglobulin G. Both the Heavy and Light chains of the antibody molecule are present. Representing approximately 75 % of serum immunoglobulins, IgG is the most abundant antibody isotype found in the circulation. IgG molecules are synthesized and secreted by plasma B cells. Secondary Antibodies are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody product, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition. This Anti-Rat IgG is conjugated to biotin.
-
Aufreinigung
- This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
-
Immunogen
-
Immunogen: Anti-Rat IgG IgA IgM (H&L) was produced by repeated immunization with Rat IgG, IgA and IgM whole molecules in goat.

Hintergrund
- Anti-Rat IgG IgA IgM (H&L) biotin conjugated antibody generated in goat detects specifically rat IgG IgA IgM (H&L). This secondary biotin conjugated antibody anti-Rat is ideal for investigators who routinely perform titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays.
