Buffer: 50 mM Tris/1 mM MgCl2/50 % Glycerol, pH 8.0 containing 0.09 % Sodium Azide as preservative.

Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

Handhabung: Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.

IgG is important for our defence against microorganisms and the molecules are produced by B lymphocytes as a part of our adaptive immune response. The IgG molecule has two separate functions, to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen.
