Flow Cytometry: < / 1 μg/10^6 cellsIdentification and enumeration of IgM+ cells. Immunofluorescence Microscopy: Identification and enumeration of IgM+ cells. ELISA: 1 μg/mL. Also used as a second step reagent for mouse IgM monoclonal antibodies.
