Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. ELISA: 1:10000-1:50000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Buffer: Lyophilized powder from PBS,  pH 7.2, 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.01 % Gentamicin. Reconstitution: Reconstitute, 500 μLsterile, distilled, deionized water or sterile 40-50 % glycerol for long term storage.

Handhabung: Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
