Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA (1:5000), IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy. ELISA: 1:5000 to 1:20000 using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Handhabung: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use

Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
