Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgG, Rabbit IgG F(c) and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Rabbit IgG F (ab')2 or Bovine, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.

Approved: ELISA (1:600), IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:600 to 1:2800. 1.0 μg of rabbit IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
