Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c) or other human heavy or light chain proteins.

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry and Immunomicroscopy. ELISA: 1:20000 to 1:400000. Western Blot: 1:20000-1:400,00. Immunohistochemistry (tissue sections): 1:500-1:5000. Flow Cytometry: 1:200-1:1000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
