Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA, Flo (1:100), IF

Usage: Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Flow Cytometry: 1:100 to 1:500 (~1 μg will stain 1x1 x10⁶). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
