    Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. The appropriate concentrations may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.

    Human IgG is the major immunoglobulin in blood and plays a key role in the humoral immune response. The Fc portion of human IgG binds to Fc receptor that can activate the complement system. Fc-tagged proteins are generated with DNA recombinant technology. The protein of interest is fused with the Fc tag. Most vectors encoding for Fc tag sequence use the Fc region of human IgG1.
