Buffer: 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50 mM Tris / 0 mM MgCl2 / 50 % Glycerol, pH 8.0, containing 0.1 % NaN3 as preservative.

Handhabung: Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
