  • Applikationshinweise

Suitable for Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well asother antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lotconsistency. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1:20,000 to 1:80,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggestedfor this product.

    Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
