Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: 1-2 μg/mL (1:200 - 1:400). Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Proteinase K pretreatment for antigen retrievalis recommended. Suggested positive control: Human tonsil.
