Spezifität: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgM and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1 % cross-reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.

Applikationshinweise: Approved: ELISA, Flo, IHC (1:1000 - 1:5000), WB (1:200 - 1:2000)

Usage: Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 10 x10⁶ in flow cytometry is approximately 1.0 μg of antibody. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. As a general guideline dilutions of 1:100 to 1:250 should be suitable for most applications. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
