    Verwendungszweck

Mouse IgG3 (Gamma 3 chain) Antibody Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated

    Kreuzreaktivität (Details)

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-Rabbit Serum.  Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1 % cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.

    Produktmerkmale

Anti-Mouse IgG2b Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody generated in rabbit detects reactivity to Mouse IgG2b (Gamma 2b chain).

    Aufreinigung

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

    Sterilität

    Sterile filtered

    Immunogen

    Optional[Immunogen]: Mouse IgG3 heavy chain
  • Applikationshinweise

Application Note: Anti-Mouse IgG3 Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody has been tested by ELISA and dot blot and is assayed against 1.0 μg of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code # NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:2,000 to 1:4,000 is suggested for this product. Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:200 - 1:1,000 Western Blot Dilution: 1:500 - 1:2,500 ELISA Dilution: 1:10,000 - 1:30,000 Other: User Optimized

    Hintergrund

Secreted as part of the adaptive immune response by plasma B cells, immunoglobulin G constitutes 75 % of serum immunoglobulins. IgG3 comprises almost 10 % of the IgG subclass and has a high affinity for binding to the Fc receptor of phagocytic cells. Secondary Antibodies are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody product, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition.
