Human IgG Antibody Phycoerythrin conjugated Pre-Adsorbed

    Kreuzreaktivität (Details)

Minimal crossreactivity against Bv Ch Gt GP Ham Hs Ms Rb Rt & Sh Serum Proteins Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Phycoerythrin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum.  No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.

    Produktmerkmale

Anti-Human IgG IgA IgM (H&L) Biotin Antibody generated in goat detects human (heavy and light chain) immunoglobulin G, A, and M. Immunoglobulin G binds to antigens and can neutralize or opsonize targets, and are predominantly involved in the secondary immune response. Immunoglobulin A (IgA) is an antibody that plays a critical role in mucosal immunity. IgA has two subclasses (IgA1 and IgA2) and can exist in a dimeric form called secretory IgA (sIgA). Immunoglobulin M, or IgM, is a pentamer composed of 5 immunoglobulin molecules linked through their F(c) domain by the J chain. Secondary Antibodies are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody product, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition.

    Aufreinigung

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

    Immunogen

Immunogen: Anti-Human IgG whole molecule was produced by repeated immunization with Human IgG whole molecule in goat.

    Immunogen Type: Native Protein

  • Applikationshinweise

Application Note: Anti-Human IgG (H&L) Phycoerythrin has been tested by dot blot and is ideal for investigators who routinely perform ELISA, Sandwich ELISA, titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays. Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. The maximum amount of reagent required to stain 1 x 10E6 cells in flow cytometry is approximately 1.0 μg of antibody conjugate.  Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient for staining. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. As a general guideline dilutions of 1:100 to 1:250 should be suitable for most applications. IF Microscopy Dilution: 1:100 - 1:250 Other: User Optimized

    Antibody

    Hintergrund

It is a protein complex composed of four peptide chains - two identical heavy chains and two identical light chains arranged in a Y-shape typical of antibody monomers. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. Representing approximately 75 % of serum immunoglobulins in humans, IgG is the most abundant antibody isotype found in the circulation. IgG molecules are synthesized and secreted by plasma B cells. Secondary Antibodies are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody product, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition.
